Now welcoming new clients in September. Former hospice chaplain trained in EMDR, offering grief, trauma, and life-transition care for adults. Faith integration available on request.

My path to therapy began during my time as a hospice chaplain. Sitting with individuals and families through their deepest moments of grief and bereavement, I learned the sacred value of a safe, non-judgmental space. I witnessed how heavily our past experiences and losses inform our present realities — and how hard that terrain can be to navigate alone. This work became a calling: to meet people where they are and help them re-author their stories. I am passionate about walking alongside adults caught in the “in-between” seasons of life — the heavy fog of grief, a profound life transition, or the quiet hum of everyday anxiety. My role is not to rewrite your history, but to offer a soft place to land and a steady hand as you find your way back to yourself. I help clients look at their past from a place of strength, identify the thought patterns that keep them stuck, and build a resilient foundation for their next chapter. Because your past shouldn’t dictate your future, our work goes beyond standard talk therapy. Using tools from my training in EMDR and Trauma-Focused CBT, we will help your brain and body safely process distressing memories and release the grip that past trauma holds on your daily life. I am uniquely comfortable sitting with profound loss and the “un-talkable” spaces — I don’t shrink away from deep grief. Whether you want a clinical lens, creative outlets when words fail, or a faith-based approach (available upon request), you are welcomed here exactly as your whole self.
