I'm a therapist who really values warmth, curiosity, and authenticity. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can exhale, be fully yourself, and safely explore whatever is bringing you in—whether that's something you've been carrying for a long time or a season of life that feels hard to navigate. My hope is that you come just as you are, and together we can slow things down, understand what's underneath, and help you move toward a life that feels more grounded and connected to who and what matters most to you.
I tend to operate out of a person-centered and strength-based approach to counseling, meaning that I celebrate and build on the unique strengths of each individual. Additionally, I draw from attachment theory, internal family systems, cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and narrative therapy. I have also grown to value the role that creative expression can play in the healing process. I have found that often times words can fall short of expressing our lived experiences and we can benefit from being introduced to creative ways of communicating and finding our voice.
