Strength-Based Therapy

A hopeful, energizing approach that starts with the strengths and resources you already carry.

Overview

Strength-based therapy assumes that you are not a problem to be fixed — you are a person with capacities, values, and experiences that can be mobilized toward change. We begin by identifying what is already working, what has carried you through hard seasons, and what you care about most.

From that foundation, we look at the areas where you feel stuck with less blame and more curiosity. The goal is to build confidence by using your existing resources to create momentum, rather than over-focusing on deficits.
