It's often required for legal proceedings, professional licensing, court or probation requirements, or employer-mandated return-to-work evaluations — and it's just as available to anyone seeking a private, independent evaluation for their own reasons.

Assessments are conducted by Cristina Dunahoo, LPC, CAADC, a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor recognized by the Michigan Certification Board for Addiction Professionals. Sessions are available in English and Spanish, in person at our Wyoming, MI office or by secure telehealth.

These assessments are offered as a self-pay service, with documentation provided appropriate to your specific need (legal, employment, licensing, or personal).
