Grief can feel like an island. This weekly therapy group offers a safe, structured space to connect with others who truly understand the weight of loss. Come exactly as you are — with your stories, your silence, or your questions.

Anyone navigating the painful, confusing terrain of losing a loved one — wherever you are in your grief.

Casual, confidential, and deeply respectful of your unique pace.

Is this group a good fit?

This is a closed group — the same members meet each week — so everyone can share and feel supported. Commitment to the eight sessions is preferred, but not required. The group tends to be a good fit if:

  • You can attend most or all of the 8 weekly sessions.
  • You're open to sharing your story at your own pace — and to listening to others share theirs.
  • You have some support in your life between sessions, whether that's family, friends, or a therapist.

Not sure? That's completely fine — reach out and we'll talk it through. If the group isn't the right fit right now, we'll help you find the support that is.
